JASON KRILL
Erie, CO
Jason Krill and his kennel full of dogs have spent the last 29 years of his life chasing the upland birds and waterfowl of North America. There is nothing he is more passionate about than walking in on a point behind one of his Brittany's or sending one of his labs on on a blind retrieve after a downed duck. He is often heard saying " I wouldn't hunt as much as I do if I didn't have dogs". It all started while attending college at Colorado State University.
Jason was asked if he wanted to become an assistant trainer at River Break Kennels in Milliken and he jumped at the chance. This is where he gained the knowledge and honed his ability to train. Ultimately it was those dogs that lead him to start guiding upland hunts for a few of the preserves along the front range including what is now Wingsport. Eventually he opened his own small kennel and AKC master titled both retrievers and pointers while training professionally.
While he is no longer training client dogs he does spend considerable time working and hunting withhis own dogs and it is evident when you see them work. It has all come full circle when a few years ago Tim approached Jason to partner with him and expand Wingsport. The rest is history. Residing outside of Erie CO. on a few acres of land he and his wife Amy have two beautiful children, Emmy and Colton along with a kennel full of Brittany’s and labs.
STEVE HAZLETT
Longmont, CO
Steve Hazlett of Longmont, CO has been an outdoors-man for 30 years and a professional guide for more than 13. He is an expert in several outdoor activities including fly fishing, big game, upland bird and waterfowl hunting.
Hazlett has been hunting since he was 10 years old, when his father taught him the ropes. His first bird he harvested was a Canada Goose and he has been pursuing them ever since. He began his guiding career during his eight years playing professional baseball in the minor leagues. Visiting players would often request Steve take them fishing or hunting when they were in town. His reputation spread throughout the various leagues he played in. The experience also helped Steve decide that guiding was his future life.
Hazlett truly enjoys teaching others about the intricacies of hunting and happily shares his skills with both novice and more experienced hunters during guided trips. He says the best part of his job as a guide is the thrill of seeing his clients achieve their goals. Sharing that experience and seeing hunters embrace new territories while they develop their skills make it all worthwhile.

Facey Kennels is an upland dog kennel that produces superb gundogs for the avid hunter and field trial competitor, specializing in pointing breeds.
Each year Facey travels all over the central US from Montana in the fall, to Arizona and Texas in the late winter, wild bird hunting, guiding, and training dogs. Facey especially enjoys introducing adults and children to the wonderful world of upland bird hunting.
In the off-season, Facey competes in regional field trials , enjoys wake surfing, camping, fly fishing, and website design - (including this site).
KALEB KRAMER
Kersey, CO
Kaleb Kramer grew up hunting with his father who instilled the passion and thrill of the hunt in him at an early age. His desire to be outdoors has taken him to some of the most beautiful places on earth. This was one of the reasons he decided to begin a career guiding in 2005. He loves to give others these same experiences and to include others in the adventures that go hand and hand with hunting.
Kaleb now has 2 children and is following in his fathers foot steps, and instilling the same passions in them.
Wither it be guiding waterfowl and upland hunts, putting clients on elk, deer or turkey's or back country bow hunting solo, he is always willing to work hard to achieve his goals and will always appreciate and enjoy the adventure.
KEITH VASQUEZ
Kansas
Keith Vasquez was born and raised in Kansas. He began hunting upland birds with his father as a young boy. As the years went on Keith, his father and his buddies hunted regularly but it was when Keith relocated to Colorado that he missed the frequent and regular opportunities to hunt. Keith began to recruit his friends for weekend trips often through the season and this where he began his joy of "guiding hunts" by hunting with family, friends and his dogs.
Living happily in Colorado, Keith met his wife and started a family. He began to explore hunting opportunities locally. He started guiding for Colorado Wingsport where he can continue his passion to pursue upland birds. A great way for Keith to keep the connection and continue to pay respect to his father since his passing in 2012. A father-son tradition that Keith hopes to carry on with his son, Myles and now his clients.
